Lea Culver is the President and CEO of Creek Technologies (CreekTech). As the senior executive leader of CreekTech, Lea shapes the culture and vision of the company that drives the strategic plan. With over 30 years in the federal information technology and intelligence services business expertise, he adds strength to CreekTech’s corporate strategic growth plans, which includes continuing business development, business operations, mergers and acquisitions and enhancing our core technology and advanced education offerings to DoD and Federal customers. Lea served 12 years in the United States Army as part of the Army Space Program Office in engineering satellite imaging intelligence R&D systems and aerial reconnaissance systems supporting an array of DoD and Federal agencies.

Gerald Secody is a Diné tribal member from the K’ai’bii’to’, Arizona area of the Navajo Nation. Gerald leads the DDC IT Services Indian Health Services (IHS) portfolio and Diné Development Corporation (DDC) health IT market across five DDC companies Prior to his current roles, he served as Protégé and Business Manager supporting DDC IT Services President and Directors in government contracting, federal acquisition, IT development and sustainment, and program management. Gerald has earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah Valley University (UVU), Orem, Utah.

He also spearheads CreekTech's business development and capture initiatives. Irv implements the CEO's strategic vision and market-centric growth strategy, which emphasizes securing larger, more complex federal and defense contracts that deliver long-term value to clients. Over his 40-year career, Irv has held numerous senior executive roles, successfully supporting customers across the federal civilian, intelligence, and defense sectors.

Amy Holden serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the JV and CreekTech. She has more than a decade of experience working in Homeland Security/DoD contracting and is a multi-faceted FSO working with numerous companies to ensure security compliance with the NISPOM. As the FSO at CreekTech, Amy is tasked with the supervision, direction, and compliance of all physical and personnel security measures as it relates to the organization and its business practices.
