This Best in Class (BIC) GWAC has a ceiling value of $50 billion with a 5-year Base Period of Performance, followed by a 5-year Optional Period of Performance. CIO-SP4 is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services related to health, biomedical, scientific, administrative, operational, managerial, and information systems requirements. The task areas in the statement of work are designed to support the IT services described in the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA). Ten task areas constitute the technical scope of this contract:
